Bianchi e-Arcadex Ekar 500Wh Bosch E-Bike
The Bianchi e-Arcadex Ekar utilizes a high-modulus carbon gravel frame with a mid-drive Bosch Performance Line CX motor. This drive unit generates 250 watts of power and 85Nm of torque for powerful off-road and technical climbing performance. Fork hardware consists of a full carbon gravel fork with 1.5-inch tapered head tube for maximum stability. Braking functions via Campagnolo Ekar hydraulic calipers and 160mm rotors for high-performance deceleration. The frame geometry is a progressive gravel setup with tire clearance for up to 45mm and integrated internal cable management.
The Bianchi e-Arcadex Ekar battery provides 500Wh of energy capacity and is housed within the Bosch Powertube down tube structure. A handlebar-mounted Bosch Kiox display visualizes speed, navigation, and power metrics via a color screen. Electronic integration connects the motor with a Campagnolo Ekar 1×13-speed gravel-specific drivetrain. Internal channels route the hydraulic brake lines and motor wiring through the carbon frame for a seamless look. The 4A Bosch fast charger connects to the battery through a frame-integrated port. Integrated sensors measure pedal pressure to regulate motor output according to EN15194 standards.
