BH Core Race 1.2 540Wh E-Bike
The BH Core Race 1.2 utilizes an AL-6061 aluminum road frame with a mid-drive BH 2EXMAG motor mounting. This drive unit generates 250 watts of power and 65Nm of torque for high-efficiency road propulsion. Fork hardware consists of a full carbon road fork for weight reduction and vibration damping. Braking functions via Shimano 105 hydraulic calipers and 160mm rotors for precise deceleration. The frame geometry features an endurance-road configuration with internal cable management through the ACR-compatible headset for a clean aerodynamic profile.
The BH Core Race 1.2 battery provides 540Wh of energy capacity and resides inside the slim down tube for a balanced center of gravity. A top-tube integrated Core Display visualizes battery status and assistance modes via color-coded LEDs. Electronic integration connects the motor with a Shimano 105 12-speed drivetrain and KMC chain system. Internal channels route the hydraulic brake lines and electrical wiring through the frame structure. The 2A BH charger connects to the battery through a frame-integrated port. Integrated sensors measure pedal torque and cadence to regulate motor output according to EN15194 standards.
