Conway Cairon S 5.0 Diamond utilizes a high-capacity Aluminum frame featuring a Bosch Performance Line CX drive unit that generates 85 Nm of torque. This sport-oriented configuration incorporates an RST Blade Air TNL suspension fork with 120 mm of travel, allowing for air-pressure tuning to rider weight. Braking features include Tektro hydraulic disc brakes with 180 mm Center Lock rotors. The chassis connects components via a 12×148 mm Boost thru-axle system for increased rear-end stiffness during technical maneuvers.
The Bosch PowerTube 750 Wh battery is integrated into the downtube, offering the maximum range available in the Bosch internal battery lineup. System monitoring utilizes the Bosch Kiox 300 display for navigation and fitness tracking. The electrical drivetrain features a Shimano Deore 10-speed system for robust shifting performance. Internal architecture routes wiring through the frame to protect the Bosch Smart System harness. This setup functions with a Bosch 4-amp charger and utilizes Continental Ruban tires for a balance of rolling speed and grip.
