BESV TR-B 1.5 LS 500Wh Bosch E-Bike
The BESV TR-B 1.5 LS utilizes an AL-6061 aluminum low-step frame with a mid-drive Bosch Performance Line motor mounting. This drive unit generates 250 watts of power and 75Nm of torque for propulsion. Front suspension hardware consists of an RST Volant air fork with 80mm of mechanical travel. Braking functions via Shimano BR-MT200 hydraulic calipers and 180mm rotors for reliable heat dissipation. The frame geometry features a low-entry step-through design for accessibility and includes an integrated rear carrier and full-coverage fenders.
The BESV TR-B 1.5 LS battery provides 500Wh of energy capacity and resides inside the down tube for a balanced center of gravity. A handlebar-mounted Bosch LED Remote visualizes battery status and assistance modes via the Smart System interface. Electronic integration connects the motor with a Shimano Alivio 9-speed drivetrain and KMC e9 chain system. Internal channels route the hydraulic brake lines and electrical wiring through the frame structure for protection. The 2A Bosch Compact Charger connects to the battery through a frame-integrated port. Integrated sensors measure pedal torque and cadence to regulate motor output according to EN15194 standards.
