BESV TCA 1.1 630Wh Shimano EP801 E-Bike
The BESV TCA 1.1 utilizes a premium carbon fiber monocoque frame with a mid-drive Shimano Steps EP801 motor mounting. This drive unit generates 250 watts of power and 85Nm of torque for propulsion. Suspension hardware consists of a Fox 36 Performance air fork with 140mm travel and a Fox Float X Performance rear shock. Braking functions via Shimano XT M8120 4-piston hydraulic calipers and 203mm rotors for maximum thermal management. The frame geometry features an all-mountain configuration with a 148x12mm boost rear axle and integrated motor protection.
The BESV TCA 1.1 battery provides 630Wh of energy capacity and resides inside the down tube for centralized weight distribution. A handlebar-mounted Shimano SC-EN600 display visualizes speed, battery level, and range data via the E-Tube interface. Electronic integration connects the motor with a Shimano XT 12-speed drivetrain and M8100 chain system. Internal channels route the hydraulic brake lines and electrical wiring through the tapered Acros headset. The 4A Shimano charger connects to the battery through a frame-integrated port. Integrated sensors measure pedal torque and cadence to regulate motor output according to EN15194 standards.
