Bergamont E-Revox Tour 20 625Wh E-Bike
The Bergamont E-Revox Tour 20 utilizes an AL-6061 ultra lite aluminum frame with a mid-drive Bosch Performance Line CX Gen 4 motor mounting. This drive unit generates 250 watts of power and 85Nm of torque for propulsion. Front suspension hardware consists of a Suntour NVX30 air fork with 100mm of mechanical travel. Braking functions via Shimano BR-MT200 hydraulic calipers and 180mm SM-RT10 rotors for heat dissipation. The frame geometry includes integrated Racktime Snapit 2.0 system mounts for utility rack attachment and full-coverage fenders.
The Bergamont E-Revox Tour 20 battery provides 625Wh of energy capacity and resides inside the down tube for centralized weight distribution. A handlebar-mounted Bosch LED Remote visualizes speed, battery level, and range data via the Smart System interface. Electronic integration connects the motor with a Shimano Deore 10-speed drivetrain and KMC e10 chain system. Internal channels route the hydraulic brake lines and electrical wiring through the tapered Acros headset. The 4A Bosch Standard Charger connects to the battery through a frame-integrated port for stationary recharging. Integrated sensors measure pedal torque and cadence to regulate motor output according to EN15194 standards.
