Description
BH Core Jet 540Wh BH 2EXMAG E-Bike
The BH Core Jet utilizes a lightweight AL-6061 aluminum hardtail frame with a mid-drive BH 2EXMAG motor mounting. This drive unit generates 250 watts of power and 65Nm of torque for urban sport propulsion. Front suspension hardware consists of an SR Suntour NEX DS fork with 63mm of mechanical travel. Braking functions via Shimano BR-MT200 hydraulic calipers and 180mm rotors for reliable deceleration. The frame geometry is a cross-trekking configuration featuring internal cable management, Schwalbe road tires, and an adjustable stem for optimized ergonomics.
The BH Core Jet battery provides 540Wh of energy capacity and resides inside the slim down tube for centralized weight distribution. A handlebar-mounted Core Display visualizes speed and assistance levels via the high-contrast interface. Electronic integration connects the motor with a Shimano Deore 10-speed drivetrain and KMC e10 chain system. Internal channels route the hydraulic brake lines and electrical wiring through the head tube area. The 2A BH charger connects to the battery through a frame-integrated port for stationary recharging. Integrated sensors measure pedal pressure to regulate motor output according to EN15194 standards.
