The BESV TRS 130 SUV 1.2 utilizes an AL-6061 aluminum full-suspension frame with a mid-drive Shimano Steps EP6 motor mounting. This drive unit generates 250 watts of power and 85Nm of torque for propulsion. Suspension hardware consists of a Suntour Zeron 35 air fork with 130mm travel and a Suntour Edge rear shock. Braking functions via Shimano MT420 4-piston hydraulic calipers and 203mm rotors for consistent heat dissipation. The frame geometry features a multi-terrain SUV setup, equipped with full-coverage fenders, an integrated kickstand, and a Racktime-compatible rear carrier system.
The BESV TRS 130 SUV 1.2 battery provides 630Wh of energy capacity and resides inside the down tube for centralized weight distribution. A handlebar-mounted Shimano SC-EN600 display visualizes speed and battery levels via the digital interface. Electronic integration connects the motor with a Shimano Deore 10-speed drivetrain and KMC e10 chain system. Internal channels route the hydraulic brake lines and electrical wiring through the tapered head tube area. The 4A Shimano charger connects to the battery through a frame-integrated port. Integrated sensors measure pedal pressure to regulate motor output according to EN15194 standards.
