The Tunturi eGravel utilizes an aluminum gravel frameset featuring a rigid carbon fiber fork and a flat-mount brake standard. This chassis incorporates Shimano RS171 aluminum wheels and functions with 40 mm wide Schwalbe G-One Bite tires for mixed-surface operation. The platform employs Shimano RS-600 hydraulic disc brakes with 160 mm Ice-Tech rotors to regulate stopping force. Its construction features internal cable routing, multiple accessory mounts for racks and mudguards, and a 142×12 mm rear thru-axle to facilitate structural alignment and cargo stability.

This system generates 85 Nm of torque via a Shimano Steps EP600 drive unit and consists of an integrated 504 Wh Shimano BT-EN805 battery. The drivetrain transfers power through a 10-speed Shimano CUES Di2 electronic derailleur and a Shimano LG400 cassette. A Shimano SC-EN600 display connects the electrical components, while the system regulates three assistance profiles including Boost and Trail modes. The battery sits within the downtube and connects to a 4A charger, allowing for energy replenishment to sustain high-torque performance across varying gravel gradients.
