The Trenga E-GLG 6.0 utilizes a 6061 TFW aluminum frameset featuring an e-gravel geometry and a rigid carbon fiber fork. This chassis incorporates 28-inch Ryde Dutch rims and functions with 45 mm wide Continental Terra Trail tires for mixed-surface operation. The platform employs Shimano GRX RX400 hydraulic disc brakes with 160 mm rotors to regulate speed. Its construction features multiple mounting points for racks, internal cable routing, and a 142 mm thru-axle rear spacing to facilitate stability and cargo load capacity during touring.

This system generates 85 Nm of torque via a Shimano Steps EP6 drive unit and consists of an integrated 504 Wh internal battery. The drivetrain transfers power through a 12-speed Shimano GRX RX820 derailleur and a 42T Shimano crankset. A Shimano SC-EN600 display connects the electrical components, while the system regulates assistance through the E-Tube Project interface. The battery sits within the frame and connects to a Shimano charger, allowing for energy replenishment to support high-torque motor performance on varied gravel gradients.
