Bianchi Aria e-Road 105 250Wh Mahle E-Bike
The Bianchi Aria e-Road 105 utilizes a high-performance carbon aero frame with a rear-hub Mahle X35 Plus motor. This drive unit generates 250 watts of power and 40Nm of torque for a natural road cycling feel with minimal drag. Fork hardware consists of a full carbon aero fork for superior vibration damping and aerodynamic efficiency. Braking functions via Shimano 105 hydraulic calipers and 160mm rotors for precise deceleration. The frame geometry is a 100% racing-inspired configuration featuring internal cable routing and an integrated seat clamp for a streamlined profile.
The Bianchi Aria e-Road 105 battery provides 250Wh of energy capacity and is fully integrated into the down tube to maintain a traditional road bike aesthetic. A top-tube mounted iWOC One button visualizes assistance modes and battery status via LED color coding. Electronic integration connects the motor system with a Shimano 105 12-speed mechanical drivetrain and HG chain system. Internal channels route the hydraulic brake lines through the frame structure for protection. The 2A Mahle charger connects to the battery through a port located near the bottom bracket. Integrated sensors measure speed and torque to regulate motor output according to EN15194 standards.
