The Yeti 160E C1 utilizes a C-Series carbon fiber frameset featuring the Sixfinity suspension system with 160 mm of rear travel via a Fox Performance Float X2 shock. This chassis incorporates a 170 mm travel Fox Performance 38 fork and functions with 29-inch DT Swiss E1900 wheels. The platform employs SRAM Code R four-piston hydraulic disc brakes with a 220 mm front and 200 mm rear rotor to regulate deceleration. Its construction features internal cable routing, Boost 148 axle spacing, and a OneUp dropper seatpost to facilitate structural control during enduro mountain bike operation.

This system generates 85 Nm of torque via a Shimano Steps EP801 drive unit and consists of an integrated 630 Wh Shimano internal battery. The drivetrain transfers power through a 12-speed Shimano SLX M7100 derailleur and 160 mm Shimano EM600 crankarms. A Shimano EM800 display connects the electrical components, while the system regulates assistance levels through the E-Tube Project customization interface. The battery sits within the downtube and connects to a 4A charger, allowing for energy replenishment to sustain the mid-drive motor during high-intensity climbing and technical alpine descents across varying mountain terrain.
