BESV TRS 130 1.1 630Wh Shimano EP6 E-Bike
The BESV TRS 130 1.1 utilizes an AL-6061 aluminum full-suspension frame with a mid-drive Shimano Steps EP6 motor mounting. This drive unit generates 250 watts of power and 85Nm of torque for propulsion. Suspension hardware consists of a Suntour Zeron 35 air fork with 130mm travel and a Suntour Edge rear shock. Braking functions via Shimano MT420 4-piston hydraulic calipers and 203mm rotors for consistent thermal management. The frame geometry features a 148x12mm boost rear axle and 29-inch wheels with Maxxis Rekon tires for mechanical traction on trail surfaces.
The BESV TRS 130 1.1 battery provides 630Wh of energy capacity and resides inside the down tube for centralized weight distribution. A handlebar-mounted Shimano SC-EN600 display visualizes speed, battery level, and range data via the E-Tube interface. Electronic integration connects the motor with a Shimano Deore 11-speed drivetrain and KMC e11 chain system. Internal channels route the hydraulic brake lines and electrical wiring through the tapered head tube structure. The 4A Shimano charger connects to the battery through a frame-integrated port. Integrated sensors measure pedal torque and cadence to regulate motor output according to EN15194 standards.
