Winora Radius 500Wh Bosch E-Bike
The Winora Radius utilizes a 6061 aluminum frameset featuring a rigid aluminum fork and a compact 20-inch wheel geometry. This chassis incorporates 20-inch Rodi FW Disc rims and functions with 60 mm wide Schwalbe Pick-Up tires. The platform employs Shimano MT400 hydraulic disc brakes with 180 mm rotors to regulate stopping force. Its construction features a BySchulz Speedlifter Twist stem, a Limotec dropper seatpost, and integrated carry handles to facilitate storage. The frame utilizes a 135 mm rear axle spacing to accommodate the internal gear hub assembly.
This system generates 75 Nm of torque via a Bosch Performance Line drive unit and consists of an integrated 500 Wh Bosch PowerTube battery. The drivetrain transfers power through a 5-speed Shimano Nexus internal gear hub and a KMC Z1 Narrow chain. A Bosch Purion display connects the electrical components, while the system regulates assistance modes via the Bosch Smart System protocol. The battery sits within the downtube and connects to a 4A charger, allowing for energy replenishment to support the high-torque motor during urban utility and heavy-load transport.
