The Tenways CARGO ONE utilizes a heavy-duty 6061 aluminum frameset featuring an SR Suntour suspension fork and a massive 800-liter front-loading cargo box. This chassis incorporates a mixed 20-inch front and 26-inch rear Schwalbe Big Ben wheelset and functions as a robust “car replacement” with a total permissible weight of 250 kg. The platform employs Tektro four-piston hydraulic disc brakes to regulate the high inertia of a fully loaded vehicle. Its construction features an adjustable stem, five-point safety belts for child passengers, and EV-style sidelights to facilitate high visibility and safety.

This system generates 100 Nm of torque via a Bafang M600 Cargo-specific mid-drive motor and consists of an extra-large 960 Wh (48V 20Ah) portable battery. The drivetrain transfers power through an Enviolo Heavy Duty stepless hub and a Gates Carbon Drive belt. A central TFT color display connects the electrical components, while the system regulates high torque delivery through an integrated sensor to handle heavy cargo on steep inclines. The battery sits on the frame and connects to a high-speed charger, providing a range of up to 90 km even when operating as a high-capacity utility vehicle.
